Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

 Please allow 1-3 business days for regular orders and 5-7 business days for custom orders to process your request. Expect an email within 24-48 hours to let you know that your request has been received and is being processed.

CHECK OUT PROCESS:

 During checkout, enter your address and choose your preferred shipping option. Click the "continue button  and select the method in which you’d like to have your package delivered. 

 Local delivery is available for addresses within 30 miles of our shop.

 If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

 Orders placed before 9am  during  the store hours of 9am-5pm will be shipped the next day .

 Orders placed outside of these hours will be shipped within 24-48 hours , but not to exceeds 72 hours.

 When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with real-time tracking

 information.

 FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

 Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours.

 Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. With applicable fees.  Please allow ample time for  delivery/pickup.

We do not ship outside of USA this time.

 EXCHANGES:

 We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return .

 In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible @trawls39@hmail.com

 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. 

 We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory and a resolution.
